understand.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, you may be asked to perform a gentle contraction while watching how the muscle changes.<\/span><\/p><p><span rehabilitation exercises rely on learning how to activate a particular muscle.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This can sometimes be difficult after:<\/span><\/p><ul><li
