Megha Kanhirasseri Pokkattu

Megha is a multi-specialist physiotherapist with a background in neurological care and further experience in strength and conditioning.

She works with patients of different ages across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, paediatric physiotherapy, gynaecological physiotherapy, and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation.

Her treatment approach may include manual therapy, joint mobilisation, soft-tissue techniques, and individual exercise programmes. She combines clinical assessment with practical rehabilitation to support movement, strength, function, and physical confidence.

Megha is registered with the HCPC and is an active member of the CSP.
